Good plank collaboration is key to fruitful meetings. A very good board application will have features that help your staff work together. Many of these include convenient navigation between different parts of the whiteboard, voice and video talk, commenting and voting. A lot of will even include a timer to keep your getting together with on track and encourage productive discussion.

Wakelet’s interface sets up content into Spaces and Collections, and board can be placed in one of five styles. You can make posts with a variety of types: Text, Backlinks, Images, Bookmarks, PDFs and Files. Users can also apply keyboard shortcuts to find the way the application more quickly.

Members can select regions to the board to produce quick links that take them there quickly. You can also acquire feedback from the team with voting and rating. The iphone app is free to try but paid plans have added capacities including task folder control, external consumer support and screen writing.

The Conceptboard interface makes it easy to organize panels into certain project folders, and control access for a project level.
